Areas of oversight include Outreach, Transfusion Services, and Hendrick Regional Blood Center. JOB REQUIREMENTS 3 years Required Licenses/Certifications Completion of formal training program in an approved MT, MLS, or MLT program Registered as a MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP),or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position Deals effectively with community/consumers Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care Demonstrated interpersonal skills Demonstrated understanding of management issues Effectively directs and/or supervises personnel as appropriate Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
